I will use one word fraudulent site and bad customer care. I ordered a Pen drive(order#1031402) on 26 Sept. As per the update by email from them good was sent to me by First Fight Courier, but they were not able to deliver the good.
After a lot of follow up First flight ppl told me that they have sent back the item to Tradeus warehouse. For 3-4 days after that tradeus ppl are not able to confirm whetther they have received back the good. After 6 working days they confirmed they will be sending me the good again in 5 working days. They never replied my email and every time I was following them on their customer care no. That will say that they will get back to me within 24 hrs, which is never followed by them.it seems that time is 24 mnths or sth else.
Even today I havent received the good or any communication from them and I feel I have lost 700 rs. I am thinking of opening up one case in consumer forum against them so that they never cheat another customer again. Ppl never rely on them.
