Don't buy from Tradus. No customer care at all!

Dear Tradus Team,


I had placed order with Tradus vide Sub Order ID:11842655_01 on order booking date: 2013-12-24. My order value is Rs.16500+


And now, its more than 8 days, the item was not yet dispatched. But the funny thing is "Order Packed by Seller’" on the same day(as per order status in your website).


Please help your seller to dispatch the order which has been packed at their end for more than 8 days.


I understand there were two holidays(25th & 29th) in between.


I value your system of not having a call center & having email communication with your customer for oblivious reason. But at-least you should have a good, responsible & reliable email communication system.


I had contacted your customer care team a number of times through your customer care page in your website. Your auto generated mails & sms were so prompt, with template wordings. But they were helpless.:-(


Never ever my issue has been addressed. Nor attended.  I also received messages to my mobile number stating that, "My issue has been resolved & email sent." Not even a single email or call has been received from your customer care team regarding the issue status.


I even wrote to the CC team, management, Mr.Nishit Dayal, & Mr.Mudit CEO.(Yet to contact Ibibo group) Still my order is waiting for dispatch @ sellers end.


What should I do now? Where is my order? What is your customer care team doing? Why fake commitments & how can your team sms me that the issue has been resolved with being the status quo maintained?


Delay is not the only issue. But reply matters! A responsible reply. Your CC team failed in that too.


For your info, (to know what is happening in e-commerce space) - My friend ordered a mobile from flipkart.com after I ordered from you, and already holding his mobile in hand since Saturday - That too matters .


Awaiting your response. And appreciate if you respond.
