If you want to learn from my experience then never ever buy any product from Tradus as what ever they claim on their website is completely wrong.
These people never replace defective goods they will ask you to go to the service center even if you receive it in defective condition. And customer service is pathetic.
If you don’t want to spoil you online shopping experience then neither buy product from Shristi nor from tradus, try some other site with good customer service.
Those who still buy product from here, Good Luck to them.
