Received defective pendrive

Do not shop with tradus, they sell defective products


I ordered for a 4GB sandisk pen drive from tradus.in and received the same within 3 days from the date of purchase however for my surprise the pen drive does not works, I tried copying files it shows an error ’’ disc is write protected’’ and when I try to format the same I get an error ’’format was unsuccessful’’.


I sent a mail to them on Saturday 11-09-2010 and till Monday I received no reply from them, I called the customer care on 13-09-2010, the rep told me they will call me back within an hour, I received a call and they gave me an option to get the device replaced , I wanted refund , they were forcing me to go for replacement after lot of hesitation the rep agreed for refund however he said that I will have to wait for 15 days for refund...


Tradus sends a defective product at first place and wants customers to wait for 15 days to get a refund?? is this fair.
