Do not purchase from Tradus.com

Dear All Do not purchase any thing from Tradus.com . I placed an order on 12th December for a mobile phone, but after 8 days on 20th December, I received an email saying that the seller has failed to ship the order, so tradus has forwarded the order to another seller and I wanted to cancel the order, I had to do so before 12 noon the same day i.e. on the 20th itself. There was no call informing me about this,


I found out only by checking my mail box. I cancelled the order before deadline, and the order was in’Awaiting for Cancellation’ status for the next few days but no refund was issued. After cancellation, I purchased the phone from another store.


Today morning, on 23rd December, I get another email saying that cancellation of your Sub-Order 11757514_01 has been rolled back and will be delivered by 21/12/2013. I have been writing many emails after this, but still it seems that they are processing the order as the order is now in’Order awaiting dispatch’. There is no update or phone call from any person in this regard. I have been cheated. Please don’t waste your money and valuable time.
