Take this feedback very seriously as I don’t want anyone else to fall prey at Tradus.com. I got attracted with the deals they give and ordered a toy for my little nephew. I was expecting something bad because I had similar experience in past as well from the same site, still I thought lets give another chance. Too my surprise tradus went more down in term of customer satisfaction.
I got the broken toy, the packaging was pathetic and cannot be wrapped and passed on. Toy looked a 3rd grade product. Tradus is one website selling crap at cheap prices. The customer care is also like the price of the products.... CHEAP.
Customer care number is always on waiting for 15 minutes... the best option to run away from complaints.
I m sure this was my last order from this crappy site and will spread the word so that I can save most of the people here.
