I purchased one Men’s Round Neck Rugby T-Shirt from Tradus.in on January 06, 2011. (Order ID:1195530).But till today I have neither received the product nor any communication from the Company.
When I tried contacting their Gurgaon office at 0124-6749000, the receptionist simply said that Tradus Employees do not pick calls, you need to e-mail them.
Why they don’t talk to customers, because they will be exposed. They claim that if they will not be able to deliver the product in 5 days than they give full refund which is a completely false statement.
After sending the E-mails also....I got the same Automated E-mail. which is of no use. I want to expose this company to everyone..
Please do not purchase anything from this website. You will simply waste your money on them.
