Issue - A fashion wrist was ordered under a deal. But some other watch from the deal was delivered to me which is not at all good.
At my request, the wrongly delivered watch was picked up by Blue dart from myself. The wrong watch which was collected from me by Blue dart has been sent back to me by them.
I just checked with Blue dart officials. They told me a person by the name of Roshni (from Tradus) refused to accept the wrong watch delivered to me.
I want strict actions to be taken to replace the watch asap or I will escalate the case. I can be contacted at 8600949123.Please share your customer care number to solve the issue.
Below is the mail communication which I had with tradus where I was the only person who was writing mails to them with no reply form their side.
