I am a registered Merchant with Tradus and have been following up with them on Support that I require to upload the products. There is no number available to contact Merchant Support.
The only numbers available in Help section are board number which is never answered, no matter when you call them. The email addresses mentioned on the Support PPT are of people who have left the company long back (now I know why they left).
The email support team does not understand simple English and will always respond back with a standard template.
If you ask them for escalation process, no one cares to respond. If you request for a call back they never call. All the emails are replied between 5 pm-6 pm. 6 pm business support ends and you have to wait for the next day.
This is how Tradus treats honest merchants who want to use their platform.
Tradus seems a scam to me now which is just abusing the marketplace system or they need serious training on handling customers and merchants.
Here are the people I have been interacting with for the last 8 days and they keep copy pasting the same response.
