Tradus is Operated by a Group of Frauds..

I Ordered Bacca Bucci Breezy Blue Casual Shoes against the sub-order ID


10523726_01.They Delivered the wrong sized product they have no customer care number, only one email-id on which they never reply. Only once I received a reply that order will be picked up by Aramex, that too after 5 days.


After 2 weeks the seller is saying that he has not received the product back, and he can not make a refund or replacement.. They are not even replying and they don’t even have any other means of resolving complaints not even a customer care number.I am completely hopeless. please do not buy anything from Tradus else you will regret like me...


I really had a bad experience with this site :( :( :(


These people are frauds, cheaters, even when they received the product they didn’t bother to reply.


Don’t use that site.YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!


They cheated on me :’( :’(
