I placed an order for 2 shoes on Tradus not knowing about the horrible service provided by them. One of them had an option of Cash on Delivery and the other did not. After a couple of days I received the set of shoes which had the option of Cash on Delivery. I asked the delivery guy as to when can I expect the other product to which he responded "I dont know". When I opened the package I found that the actual item shipped is slightly different in design than the actual photographs for that item.
Now it has been more than 20 days and I still have not received the product. I was following up on Tradus site to see the status of my order and it was showing as Delivered. I raised an alarm and wrote to customer care and select an option on their website that my shipment has not arrived as a result my order status changed to Shipment Conflict.
Due to my repeated mailing about not receiving the product, I kept on Auto-generated SMS stating that my complaint has been registered and the following day I would receive an update stating their customer care executive has resolved the complaint and please provide your feedback. No one ever called me to resolve the issue. I replied back on the SMS that I have still not received my goods and registered another complaint which met the same fate.
This process has been on-going for some time now & I have demanded for refund but no one has responded yet or ever for that matter.
I tried calling all the numbers that I could find online but most of them are fake... One number for Gurgaon that connected only has a pre-recorded message and no tele-operator to register a complaint to.
I would advice everyone to refrain from shopping on Tradus...
