I placed an order of Toshiba 32 Lcd by paying Rs-15999 in advance on tradus.in on 19 Jan 2012 with order details 2117891 and still on 28 Jan sill my product was not dispatch, while contacting them through mail, no response from their side, I also requested to cancel my order, but no response, only the automated response from their customer care team.
I am sending mails to tradus customer care, but no response, they don’t bother about customer. Totally fraud,
i am waiting till 31 Jan for my order after that I am giving a written application In police and escalate the matter in media.
