Didn't yet receive Adidas cap ordered on July 16th

The first thing I want to say is that Tradus.in has got hopeless and useless customer service who responds back to your email queries in about a month.


I had ordered a seagate HDD 500GB and a iBall earphone on the old tradus site and it reached me properly in time. However after the Tradus.in site got changed, my old user id and password were no longer valid. I ordered a Adidas Cap paying up Rs 400 on July 16th and I haven’t received it yet. The worst part is that their customer service works only from Monday to Friday 10am to 7pm during office hours during which I couldn’t/can’t call them.


Seeing no shipment, I decided to send an email to traduscustomercare@ibibogroup.com mentioning that I didn’t get the shipment yet and they came back with an reply only on Aug 10th saying that it has been delivered to me on July 22nd where it was not. Another worst part is that I wasn’t given any email confirmation that the product has been shipped with the tracking number for me to track. This made me believe in the first place that it wasn’t shipped. I immediately replied back to them on Aug 10th that I haven’t received it and they need to find out where has it gone and who received it.


Seeing no reply, I had to send an reminder email on 21st Aug. It’s only yesterday (i.e after a whopping 18 days) that I received an email with the same response that its been delivered to me on July 22nd and they provided me with an tracking number without even mentioning the courier company’s name.


Tradus.in team, can you please tell me how many more days I need to wait to see an reply from your cust care team, just to know the same thing that it was delivered to me even when I am repeatedly telling them that I haven’t got it yet. Here is an email from them


Dear Customer, Thank you for contacting us. We apologize for the delay. As per our records the product has been delivered to your shipping address. The delivery details are enclosed below Tracking Number -  6159198150

Can someone tell me why I had to pay for a cap that was delivered to Mr Vijay as per email above? Is this a part of the bigger fraud that the so called reputed IBIBO group is gulping out customer’s money this way?


Hope to see some action on this.
