I had ordered a Lee tshirt from their website. They delivered the wrong tshirt and that too a very cheap quality. After that its more than 3 weeks now. I have called them around 7-8 times for replacement. Their customer care guys will only take your order numbers and tell you that they will look into it on high priority and they will arrange for pickup. But that’s it. Nothing happens after that.
I think this website is fraud. They have made a good website to trap buyers. Do not trust them at all. Once you make the payment, they will deliver some sub-standard or duplicate products. And if they deliver something other than what you ordered, do not expect any replacement.
