Tradus need to setup strong Customer Care Cell.

Please beware from this site ( Tradus.com). They are online dacoit with all statuary obligations or we can say licensed chor. I ordered Karbonn A9+ and paid fully in advance. But the due date of the delivery period passed they did not send my sub order no 9449493_01. Then I got a mail from the website that within 24 hrs my payment will be refunded to my bank ac but nothing happened. I wrote them but did not get any reply. Then I threatened them for the consumer court. and next day the seller (yourecart, Value One Retail P Ltd) called me with excuses saying I had already send the product but it returned back for some technical reasons.  He convinced me not to cancel the order for he is resending it and will reach within next day. I accepted and asked him about the quality of the product? He assured me for its good quality.


But the day I got the parcel it was very pathetic and worst in its packaging. Just a thin layer of a polythene wrapped in. When I checked the mobile I found the mic problem was with it and its browser was already used with an account of  400 mb data. I just got very disappointed. I also did not notice the new box was already opened. Next day I took it to the service center. Now the service center is saying its motherboard has to be changed. So I am just waiting for the repaid of the phone..  I did not write to the tradus again for their customer care service does not respond.. This was my first and last experience with tradus.


Only if you have spare money to throw in garbage then pl proceed with them but I urge to them all who have hard earned money stay away from the TRADUS.COM. May God keep you away from the site. Thanks and regards to all.
