Never shop from Tradus. Order ID: 11548175 Sub-Order ID: 11548175_01 Ordered Huawei "E352s-5 3G" USB Modem Data Card 21.6 Mbps. But receive a white modem having 14 Mbps with a different model number CLE 3g+ E352 on outside and a sub model number E352u-21 on the device. Tradus clearly knows, its not the model mentioned in there site.
In the site, its mentioned as E352s-5 3G. so I ordered. Merchant: Vitalifoway:A-121 SANJAYGRAM, NEAR SEC 14, GURGAON, Haryana. . Email I send: I didn’t received the right product I wanted and I ordered from Tradus.com, instead I received a wrong product of different model number and color. I ordered a black colored "Huawei E352s-5 3G Data Card having 21.6 Mbps(my model clearly mentioned here when I ordered from Tradus.com). But I received a 14.1 Mbps E352u-21 model(orange logo white color modem, screen shot attached with this email).
I need my refund and I want to return this wrong product immediately and need my full refund of RS 2052 and the return co st of the shipping fees back to this unfaithful merchant Vitalinfoway.
