I have bought a product from tradus Pack of 6 Stretchable Soft Rayon Leggings with order id 9480903 , got the product within 5-7 days but when I opened the product I got shocked that if tradus is making fool to people, the product was not at all the one that was listed and presented on site and also the quality was very poor. I called for return the product and I was being informed to call aramex for reverse pick up. We are contacting to Aramex from last 4 days and daily they provide me a new reference number for the reverse pick up and till date the pick-up have still not done. What is this? If tradus is in intention of not providing the money back. no proper customer support is provided by Tradus till date. Request all not to buy the clothing material from tradus.
I also bought a pack of 2 sarees and the quality of the same was drastic, I have lost my faith in tradus at all.
