Bad Customer Support (Almost Nil)

This was my 5th order on Tradus have liked their services in the past (since my first order on May 2012) and had good experience with them so went ahead and placed my order again with them and this time two different product from two different sellers under order numbers 12508949_01, 12508949_02 but after my completion of order found that they had withdrawn their email support & phone support too and the only way to contact them was with the website help and no other media(sad for an online shopping portal) the contact seller option is just useless(it does not work) the order as promised was shipped by one seller and provided tracking number but the other seller did not provide any update so whom to contact? No one because their help on website replies after almost 36hrs, my problem never ended there, somehow got the contact number and tracking details too, my suffering continue as below.


Under order number 12508949_02 reached the courier reached my city but to a different part and now the courier calls me to collect it from their office (20kms from my location) and that too for a product for which 33% of the product money was charged extra as shipping rate:( and now again whom to contact no one because they will reply in email after almost 2 days :( and if this was to be the case why charge such high shipping rate for a product and extra convenience charges which had to be  collected again after spending money by traveling?


My journey with Tradus ends here I suppose :(

We do understand that the other order 12508949_02 is pending delivery as Bluedart is not delivering at your doorstep.We would like to assure you that all orders are delivered at doorstep except in rare circumstances when the delivery is in a remote or inaccessible area. One of our colleague from the Courier Specialist Team has spoken to you to get this issue resolved on priority.
