Not Received Warranty Card - Tradus.com

Hi Team,


I have ordered a Casio ED439 Edifice EF-558SG-1AVDF  and my Sub-Order ID: 10918609_01 which they have mentioned that there is 2 years warranty but I have not received the warranty card and also am not able to change the date and time. In manual they have mentioned to pull the center key to change the time and date but is too much jammed, that am unable to pull it. I am very much disappointed with your service and product.  You people have cheated me.


Please do help, or else revert my money back.

Dear Mr. Khan,Thanks for your time over the phone.As discussed over the phone, warranty of the watch can be claimed by showing the invoice at service center.Invoice is attached with this product.In order to change the date & time on the watch we would suggest you to please visit the nearest Casio shop and they will be able to guide you.Regards,Suraj,Team Tradus
