WORST ONLINE SHOP I EVER SEEN IN MY LIFE..

I purchased one baby carrier blue color from tradus on 29 oct 2013 . I received the product on 05 nov 13, but I get a white one of very poor quality product.when I received the product I found it is not good for babies and I tried to inform this msg to tradus but their website no option for returning product. Actually there have an option but that not working but I sent mails from other options then I get one reply:

but till today 08 Nov 13 I did not get any call from their side.also the product under only 7 days return policy.Tradus did not reveal their customer care number and customer support is very poor.only one worst online shopper I ever seen in my carrier is TRADUS.no value for customers and no value for the customers money and time.Very poor performance from customer support .my order id 11342799 and the suborder id 11342799_ 01
