Delay in Shipment and No Order Status. No Support

I have ordered a Prosmart 5600mAh Power Bank and my order id-13200882_01. I have ordered it on 20/05/2014. and it was said to me that the product will be dispatched by 21/05/2014. Even when the seller failed to dispatch the item I got the mail stating that they require 1 more day and if tradus.com don’t hear from the seller, they will cancel the order.


I asked for the detail again on 24/05/2014. But tradus.com hasn’t reverted back to me or when reverted gave foolish answers. I want to cancel the order right away. My contact No- 9975634619 and my mail id- prasadthombare_5387@yahoo.com in case they require it.
