Wrong product worst service

Never Buy anything from this site. This is regarding my Sub-Order ID: 10524471_01 .

WORST SHOPPING SITE. I have still not received my order.

Since many years, I am shopping online, but never had this type of problem. I ordered a Swank blue top . They first send me bad quality t shirt which is entirely different from what I had ordered.

I write them keep informing about repeatedly, after 7-8 days they call me and said sorry as there is some maintenance going so not able to process request and suggest me to revert back that product to them.

I believe in them and send back the product.

Now its almost a week again they neither refund my money nor answer any of my mail. Their management team also never checks their mails, I guess, so they never revert back.

These people have opened this site to cheat innocent customers like us. Please suggest how to punish them and ban this site, as it seems to be a forgery for the innocent people.
