Needed to update the review after some more experience with them. They started xtraBucks.though not the best program.but something is better than nothing sorta loyalty program. I bought a 50 K laptop from them.got 500 tradus bucks. I was told "xtrabucks never expire". Now I logged in after 6 months.no xtrabucks. Infact there is no mention of the term. Mailed the customer support.this is what I get .
"This is with regards to your e-mail. We would like to inform you that Tradus had rolled back the xTrabucks program. Hence, we are unable to credit xTrabucks against any transactions.
Tradus has the reserved rights to make any modification in promotional offers, gift vouchers and loyalty points at any time.

Great.what a lying conniving portal. Would never shop at such a deceitful portal.they did not even inform that they are discontinuing the program.
