I bought a pair of Philips SHP2500/97 Headphones from Tradus.in, Order No.1733474. I received them but are not as described on Tradus.in.
These headphones are not up to my expectations. Its volume is very very low and produce very flat sound. Whats the use of headphones with inline volume control when they are hardly audible with full volume.
Since I was not satisfied with this product, I emailed Tradus.in asking if these headphones are eligible for their so calledEasy Return Policy which they have mentioned on their home page.
I wrote an email on Wednesday, July 13, 2011 3:46 PM chased on Thursday, July 14, 2011 7:03 PM and again on Friday, July 15, 2011 08:21 PM only to get a response on Saturday, July 16, 2011 2:46 PM asking me to take the headphones to Philips service center. Since the product does not require any repairs as its not damaged I asked them about theirEasy Return Policy. Till date they have not answered my query.
Instead of that they removed the points from their home page which talked aboutEasy Return Policy and100% Satisfaction Guarantee.
This is my experience with Tradus.in. After this Im not going to buy anything from Tradus.in and will make sure no one in my office and in my family buys anything from them.
So please be aware of Tradus.in and think twice before buying anything from them.
