Ordered a phone for my brother.Realized 2 hours later that I had booked the wrong one( Instead of X2-01 I ordered C2-01).Immediately did everything possible to contact customer care at Tradus.in.I found out that email is the ONLY possible way of getting to them.and all u get in reply is an autogenerated email that states that we will "get back to U asap".which incidentally was 3 days later.the order that I had placed was already sent to the vendor who promptly sent the handset to me.
"Tradus customer care team has received very high volume of requests and hence the delay on my side."
The above is an autogenerated reply.
This can give U an idea as to what they think abt their customers.
Thus inspite of my immediate response and consistent followups they couldnt modify my order. The most optimistic reply I got was " I will try".Worst part of this site is that there is no telephonic customer care dept.all u can do is email and then pray that they care enough to read ur mail .and then pray again that they respond to it.and pray some more that they heed to ur request.
take ur call guys.my experience was pathetic.will never turn to them again.there are scores of better options out there.may charge 10 bucks extra.but they care for the customer.
