I m no able to redeem xTrabucks from 5 months.....

My mail id is acvacv@in.com in which 850 xTrabucks. I m no able to redeem these from 5 month.....Due to technical up-gradation, redemption of xtrabucks has been temporarily paused...It comes from 5 month....................................................................................................
