Hi, I am Saurabh Dhakate from Nagpur. I ordered a Casio Edifice EF-550D 1AVDF watch from Tradus.com on 03/01/2014. The order was accepted immediately and my fathers credit card was charged for Rs.3061 instantly. Today, it is 14/01/2014 and I am yet to receive my watch. Even after sending them mails about my order incessantly,
I havent got a single satisfactory reply for this unreasonable delay. Tradus.com has customer care no. only for formality. The phone doesnt even connect to their no. As soon as I sent any query, I received a sms instantly giving me a false sense of relief that my queries are being attended by human beings but I was wrong. They keep sending the same emails that they are sorry for the inconvenience caused and they will soon resolve the query. But it is just a big sham.
The order no. is 11923468_01. I wanted to cancel the order but they dont even have a proper mechanism on their website to handle the cancellation of orders. I escalated to Tradus many times and not a single time have I got a valid reason for the delay or refusal to cancel my order. I want to cancel my order and I want my money back.
