I have ordered Sony Xperia C Dual Sim Mobile Phone( White) and the order no. is 11233417_ 01 through Tradus.com, on 19th October and I have received the wrong color( Black) product on 23rd of October, which I have escalated to Tradus.com, which no action have been taken from tradus.com except just a status update on the website.
I called up the seller and followed up and sent the mobile back to the seller on 26th of October through Blue Dart( AWB#13976888741), and I am trying to follow up with the seller after I have sent, but no response from the seller.
If Tradus.com and the seller is not responding to the situation and not providing proper feedback on the next step. I am really frustrated with the service provided by Tradus.com.
