I ordered a Blackberry 9320 from Tradus.in on 28/08/2012 and paid the money via my credit card in full. It was supposed to reach me by 04/09/2012. However till date the product has not been delivered. I have wasted so much money calling the customer support and the dealer Prakash Enterprises and the courier company, First Flight and that is of no use. When I called tradus on 12/09/2012 they gave me the dealer’s number, I called the dealer up and the person told me that the phone has been shipped via first flight and gave me a number for the courier service. However, the courier service kept on saying that they are unable to tell me the shipment status until I give then dock it number. which the dealer gave me after numerous requests.
When I called the courier company with the dock it number, they told me that the shipment with the dock it O20382613 number has already been delivered to the Coimbatore destination on 18/08/2012. This means that the dealer provided me the incorrect dock it number, just to ward me off. Every one here is a cheater. The company Tradus is said to be associated with ibibo however has a very low standard of customer service. Please save the others from these cheaters.
