*well I can say yes and as well no for this website, I have recently ordered a dual sim mobile for my dad, as it is recommended 46% on MS, I decided for cash on delivery for the item so booked the item id 1272397 and Transaction ID: 1951466. I booked the item on 10 october and they took nearly 6 days to dispatch the item. I called to customer care and warned that "if the product reaches me after 20th october, then iam not going to take tat", then immediately within 4-5 hrs the item was dispatched, this happened on october 15. and wen I checked the status another tension started, the courier provided was Aramex, which is having only 5% recommendation on MS, then I lost hope that I will not reach by 20th, but surprisingly it reached me within 2 days that is on 17 october. no extra charges, charged by them. but the packing was very poor, only with a small cover and wen I opened the pack the seal of the mobile was already opened, but thank god everything was working fine.*
*plus+: good discounts on some particular products, friendly user website.*
*Minus -: very very poor packing and they take long time to dispatch*
*Conlusion: after all I say 50/50 chances for the product to reach u, and I satisfied beter with Aramex than Tradus.in*
*My rating 3/5*** majorly disappointed because the seal was opened, so I can say that I am lucky that nothing went wrong.*
