I have ordered samsung tab cover on may 26 2013, my sub-order id is 9225341_01, AWB Number : 59112878904 and the product is not fixing to my I ball tablet , so I asked for refund but no one called me or solved my problem.
I am very upset about the customer care and the service provided by you its almost passed 15 days asking for refund but no one called me or mailed me. They sent a mail that they will get back to me within 48 hrs but its almost 15 days passed even the cover is damaged.
Please Friends its my suggestion not to buy from tradus they are damaged and wont refund the money. Worst service
