I am seeing that the order should have been dispatched max by 30th but no response yet. Also, interestingly I can see a message that the seller buyatbrands has marked your Sub-Order ID 11883821_01 as Handed To Courier. You will get Courier Tracking Number in 24 hours.


2 days and the seller with tradus team is yet to send me the AWB no. They are making a fool out of the customers just by telling Order awaiting dispatch.


Till when?


Please, either you get a good CC team with you or remove unwanted and fake sellers out of your seller’s list to avoid getting such reviews from customers.


I have ordered many a times from tradus.com but I mostly find the orders not getting delivered on the due date and what to talk about its CC. They have a Customer care no. and whenever you call, an IVRS response gets repeated to you which serves no purpose but lets you waste some extra bucks on a phone call.


I think tradus.com will listen to my problem and act swiftly.
