This review follows one of my previous reviews about tradus. one of the casio watches I had bought was defective and so I returned it. its been more than 4 months but the amount has not yet been refunded. no one is responding to my emails and best part is that they don’t have phone helpline. brilliant way to cheat a customer. one of the most horrible online shopping experiences by far. Still no hope of getting the money back.
Avoid this site for any kind of shopping as even the products are of very low quality and on top of that there is no customer service available.
