I bought a Verbatim 500Gb HDD from Tradus on 2Dec and on 4thDec received a mail saying that there was a delay in dispatch due to some reason. After seeing that mail I got a little apprehensive about the purchase.
I thought that I might never receive it but to my surprise I again received a mail on 6Dec saying that my product was dispatched. On 7th, I finally received it.
The packaging was very nice. Also, the product quality is very good and it carries 3 years warranty with it.
I am very happy with the product as well as the service, will continue purchasing from tradus. Hope to receive the same response in future as well.
