Edemption of xtrabucks has been temporarily paused

I have more than 800 xtrabucks points but I am Unable to redeem it. I am always getting the msg saying.

’Due to technical upgradation, redemption of xtrabucks has been temporarily paused.’

Dear Valued Customer,We understand that you have been a valued customer with us and have been allotted Xtrabucks as a reward for your trust and faith placed in our portal. We had started a massive overhauling of our Systems and processes to make it more robust and user friendly.
