The new website of Tradus is all messed up. I bought a Samsung TV for 12, 900 and duly paid from my account. I waited for 20 days for delivery, and when I contacted them today, they said my order was not trackable. Later I got an email that I have not paid for the purchase. What the hell!!! I have paid by debit to my bank account, and is proper and authorized transaction. Things are seriously wrong at Tradus...
They are not able to provide me login access to my old tradus account in-spite of repeated reminders....is anyone at tradus listening???
