The site is a cheat. I purchased a bag( Lowepro Adventura TLZ 15 Toploading DSLR Bag) Order ID: 2783343 I had a promotional coupon for 200 off on 1000, I purchased a memory card for 300 rupees and used the coupon. the bag was in stock and shown as available. After I received the memory card I got a mail from tradus saying that the bag is no longer available, however it was still shown as in stock and so is now.
The refund I was given was 560 rupees instead of 732 which was the cost of the bag and no tradus coupon given to me along with that. I was highly disappointed as often sites given special credits when something like this happens. I complained to their customer care which was highly unsporting and utterly useless. I haven’t received the credit of 560 rupees back in my account and I have no idea when I would get that.
I am trying to file a complaint in the consumer court now but not sure what will happen about it. I Say its a fraud site and purely useless. they banned me from their face book page when I posted my story. Do not buy from this site.
