They are BIG Cheater

They are clearly big cheaters, that’s why they do not have any customer care number.

They are fooling and looting people. Please don’t trust them. I was sent a defective item for which I logged a case [#824797], but yet no response on that despite of several mails sent from me along with snapshot of the product.

I am sure they are going to loose their business pretty soon. I am going to put this feedback as many places as possible unless they resolve my issue.

Our buyer protection policy always ensures that Customer’s are given an extraordinary treatment in terms of service and issue resolution.In a marketplace model there are instances where the seller sends defective items but we ensure that customers do not have to bear the brunt.
