I bought a Tab as birthday gift for my relative by SubOrder ID: 11260779_ 02 on 22.10.2013, after 2 days I was given a firstflight consignment number. But since then while tracking till date I didnt find any update of the consignment in firstflight website. I have e-mailed many a times to tradus but without any resolution. A phone number of seller "edgeinfotel" is given but not working.
At the same time tradus.com is tricking the customers by not giving a customer care number. I was not knowing that.
Yesterday on 30th Oct birthday of my relative passed but without the intended gift. In my 7 years of online shopping this is my worst experience. I must have reviewed tradus.com in mouthshut.com before purchasing the item from tradus.com.
Tradus has just ruined the birthday of my relative and it is also going to ruin the diwali happiness, as I am going to be in High Blood Pressure situation, as because I dont know when I am going to get the resolution or not at all.
