Bought a product. Didn’t get any updates for 17days as to when my product will be dispatched on 18th day..Calls the seller. They say call Tradus. Called them, they say call the seller. Gets a mail. The order has been cancelled. And that too no reason is provided!!! No refund updates, nothing!! No help line no. Completely dissatisfied.
