Had horrible experience! never pay complete amount as that makes them change their behavior. They spoke nicely for first 2 days till we paid the complete amount. then their turned rude.
Hotels/houseboats we agreed and paid for were not booked, when asked they tell us they are under repair/not available, when we called directly looking at websites we realized they had rooms, when checked with these agents they shouted at us saying websites are fake. Threatened to cancel complete booking without refund if we dont take hotels they booked.
They provided car for 3 days and the other 3 days they did not send any taxi though they had taken money. no refund either.
If you happened to already book with them or want to try this provider, never pay complete amount till last day till you are dropped at airport.
