i have also faced same problems through these people.I wont give my website name as I doubt these people will leave bad reviews fro me on alexa and mouthshut..
but one thing I must say to all webmasters..Transact looks cheap as told by mr Amit uniyal, but they prove very costly in long run.
their customer care id such that they wont reply any of ur emails and when u call them they will simply say’’plz call later as concerned office is not here now’’
i used ccavenue after transactindia and still using it...ccavenues people are betetr than anyone else in country at present.
my payemnts always get deposited by time in my account and I never faced any problem with them.
so ccavenue looks costly in starting but look u r also getting many more payemnt options with it, their service is worldclass and they r honest people...not theives like transactindia.
