Very recently I bought T.Sonic 820(2 GB) along with the power adaptor.First day it worked fine.Second day I tried charging it using the power adaptor(this adaptor was something like a mobile charger, as in we needn’t have to plug to a laptop to charge , instead we can connect it to the USB power adaptor and plug into a switch board). Since then my mp3 player is dead.
It wouldn’t even get switched -on. I tried locating a transcend service center and I was told that there isnt a service center in bangalore. Still hoping that someday i’ll find a solution to make my T.Sonic 820 work again....
Coming to the sound quality, i would rate it as average.....picture quality is good...
its not worth paying rs.3500 to own this T.Sonic 820.i would suggest , pls buy products that have wide network of service centers...
