I purchased this product almost 6 months before from a online site, but this hard disk got crashed and stopped working suddenly few weeks ago. I lost all my data which was in it. I made a contact to the online service centre and discussed my issue, they provided me with transcend customer service number but when I called on the number, I was not able to contact to them. The number which was provided to me was invalid. After that I went to transcend’s website from there I made a mail to the company, after few weeks I got a reply that there is no service centre in India and they said to not to buy the product from online site till they don’t get back to Indian market.
