I ordered one frm the snapdeal. Com. After few months of use( I admit it was a good experience) it fell frm my bed( approx 3 ft.) .the company boasts of the military grade shock absorbing case around the HDD, According to me that’s of no use. I had to try around 2 months to get a service centre in my locality coz every service centres registered on the Internet hv stopped giving services to transcend customers. My HDD was sent to outside of India fr service because THEY HAVE NO SERVICE CENTRES IN INDIA. the centres present here( as I mentioned earlier) are only serving as couriers. The so called service centres here can’t even give u a date when ur product gonna return.After rigorous mails & calls at last I got my HDD back after 6 months. I don’t think any sane company gives this kind of worst customer service. DON’T BUY TRANSCEND PRODUCTS UNLESS U HAVE NO OTHER CHOICES.
