My recent experience with Transdaksh was beyond disappointing. What initially seemed like a straightforward moving process quickly descended into a nightmare. Amit had assured us that storing our belongings at their warehouse wouldn’t be a problem and that we could keep them there as long as needed. However, just one day after the pickup, Amit began blackmailing us, demanding we arrange to retrieve our goods immediately or risk them being released to the warehouse. We hadn’t even found a new house yet!
Amit became increasingly aggressive, refusing to negotiate or offer any flexibility. His exact words, "Mai to saman nikal raha hum, tum dekh lena, " displayed a blatant disregard for customer care. He insisted on unloading our belongings before we even had a drop-off location. And guess what he releases all the goods and didn’t Even keep it in the warehouse for a single day.
Moreover, many items were broken, and the overall treatment we received was harassing and unprofessional. I felt completely let down and troubled by the experience. I wouldn’t recommend their services to anyone at all. They failed to honor their promises, mishandled our belongings, and demonstrated a total lack of empathy and professionalism. Please avoid Transdaksh at all costs!
