Well I am writing this to share my horrible experience with Transdaksh Movers and packers. I wanted to shift my stuff from bangalore to hyd. Some A** named dixit came to my place with price quote. I was very particular about the safety of my luggage as it was all new. He said no issue pay the insurance and all will be well. When the truck reached hyd the driver insisted for more money for unloading purpose where I had already paid for everything then I called transdaksh but nobody was concerned to pick my call and the driver started threatening me to pay me another 3000 to unload or he would throw all my goods down and leave.
With no other option I had to pay him to receive my luggage, all the boxes was open and they lost my shoes and other household items were damaged to the core. And worst part is on the next day in spite of calling 100 times.They gave me explanation that they received the boxes in the same condition from bangalore. Is it my fault?They started giving me all the stories and stopped picking my calls. I had to take a loss of around 20k.
All that insurance thing was fake only to con money.
