I have booked their service recently. Before taking the order you will get excellent response post that they will stop responding to you. After pick-up of the items they add charges on their own for loading, unloading, packing, green tax, GST etc. the charges are very high. As far as I understand from my transaction they only rely on third parties and direct you to them for dealing with them. The delivery was delayed and after following up several times with these guys/their vendors they sent my items. At the time of unloading also they tried to cheat you by saying no-entry charges, extra labour cost etc. Also these guys are cheaters and have not provided me the tax invoice till date irrespective of taking money from me. cheaters, non-professionals. Highly not recommend.
