I shifted my bike CBR 150 from transtech packers from Raipur to Bangalore. I got my bike within 6 days but during the days whenever I called them regarding the update for my bike they simply said that check your tracking updates in the admin panel.
They didn’t told me where my bike is and the tracking panel is showing not enough that where is exactly it is. Always showing that it is in transit and location. which is not enough for me to know.
I must say that there services are quite impressive but they also have to tell or talk to the people who trust them and give their belongings to them. Without knowing personally.
So it my advice for them.
I also refer them to others but dont except an update call from them regarding your location. I am sure that your goods will be delivered within the time by them. And you will find useful.
