Transtech packers and movers provided a very bad customer experience. I moved my Santro from Pune to Chandigarh using their services and it took them 19 days to deliver the vehicle. The worst things about their customer service is the false promises they make. I have detailed my experience below, overall, I would strongly not recommend shifting your vehicle using "Transtech Movers and Packers" services. They make big promises but fail to meet them completely. Over all, they will never apologize but keep giving fake excuses and timelines for delivery.
I was promised that the vehicle would be delivered over a weekend for which I cancelled my travel plans. However, the vehicle was not delivered, they did not even respond to calls over the weekend. This happened after repeated promises from their side of a confirmed delivery over the weekend.
Most of the time they promise to return your call back but never do. This happened with me multiple times when I was checking the status of my vehicle. A female receptionist and sales guy "Vineet" both repeatedly lied about the delivery timing of the car.
The owner "Mr Rawat" is rude, ill-tempered and irresponsible person. When I was providing him a feedback - he suggested that I am talking non-sense and said that I should be thankful to him that my vehicle will be delivered safely. He promised that the vehicle will be delivered within three hours, however, the vehicle was only delivered next day and Mr. Rawat even stopped responding to calls.
I got two bags shifted along with my car - my bags were opened and ransacked. When I reported this they did not even care to inquire and provide any clarifications, forget compensation.
